Vehicule Route Planning Tool
The purpose of the project was to assess the potentialities of using technologies and processes related to micro transit in the case of Exo network . Incorporated into a city's public transport, this system comprises an ML algorithm with an optimization function. Implemented within a database, this tool enables strategic analysis for incorporating a micro transit service in specific areas. Additionally, it includes a website visualization of routes and specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), enhancing its overall functionality. For this tools, the main technology used are MySQL, Django, Python, HTML,CSS,JavaScript.
Analysis of transit customer behavior
The project aimed to delve into customer behavior regarding their arrival times at nearby train stations. Employing intricate distribution analysis, I adeptly tailored the data to reveal nuanced insights. Furthermore, I explored substantial correlations, particularly the interplay between lead time and personal attributes such as mode choice (e.g., car, walking, bus). The integration of survey data allowed me to construct predictive models, enabling the anticipation of customer behavior based on variables like age group and residential proximity to the train station.
Production Dashboard
The purpose of the dashboard is to provide an easy way to monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to a company's operations. It can be used to track production output, efficiency, and other important metrics to ensure that production processes are running smoothly and efficiently. It can also be used to identify areas for improvement and highlight opportunities for increased productivity. It is combine with automation tool that structure the data and import it into the dashboard. The tools used for this dashboard is PowerBI.
Logistic analysis of a retailer network - Pharmacy in Montreal
The purpose of the study is to analyze the efficiency of the distribution network of Pharmacies located on the island of Montreal. This is made possible through the use of a Geographic Information System (GIS): QGIS which is a tool for mapping and spatial analysis. Population census data was combined with this GIS and spatial analysis software (CrimeStats). This approach has produced relevant results that can be used for decision making at the strategic and/or operational level. The main decision studied here was the implementation of a warehouse positioned to optimize distribution across the retail network.
Simulation of Fulfillment Center
In a notable project focused on optimizing fulfillment center operations, I leveraged advanced simulation techniques using AnyLogic software. Through a meticulous analysis of the existing processes and workflow, I identified key bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the center's operations. By developing a comprehensive simulation model, I was able to test and validate various process improvements and strategies in a risk-free virtual environment. The implementation of these optimized processes based on simulation insights resulted in a remarkable 25% increase in throughput, demonstrating the tangible impact that simulation can have on operational efficiency and productivity. .

Introduction to different aspects of industrial organization: factory design, factory layout, job study, balancing production lines, manufacturing planning, inventory management, "just-in-time" and quality standards ISO 9000. The course emphasizes the practical and strategic understanding of organizational concepts. We teach the student how to create a database in Access , predictive tools and production optimization in Excel.
Competition for Best Sustainability Report
The purpose of the competition is to examine the sustainability practices used by companies from the mining industry. With a team of students, we have developed an analysis tool based on deterministic algorithm. To be able to get significant results from those reports, we implemented the AHP technique to get a group decision making. The impact of that technique enabled to quantify a qualitative criterion such as the completeness of the report or the ease of reading
